The highly sought-after awards now include nine categories:

Wayne Richards Sporting Scholarship
Holiday Coast Credit Union Sportsperson of the Year
AusSport Scoreboards Junior Sportsperson of the Year (Primary School age)
Donovan Oates Hannaford Junior Sportsperson of the Year (High School age)
Patterson Real Estate Junior Team of the Year (18 years and Under)
Donovan Oates Hannaford Senior Team of the Year
Laing + Simmons Port Macquarie Sportsperson of the Year with a Disability
Hastings Physiotherapy Sporting Volunteer of the Year
Greenmeadows Health Centre – Excellence in Sporting Achievements (awarded at judges’ discretion from nominees for other awards).

Terms and Conditions of Entry

Terms and conditions
Your completed application and the information provided will be relied upon by the judges in making their final decision.
Information on the nomination form may be used by the media for publicity purposes.
People and/or teams submitting nominations are asked to list sporting achievements for the relevant judging period – 1 October 2018 to 30 September 2019.
Nominees in the age defined categories must be within the age range as at 30 September 2019.
Nominees for all individual awards must have been a permanent resident of the Port Macquarie Hastings Local Government area during the relevant judging period. This does not apply to nominations by Hastings based teams for team awards.
Nominees who are entered in individual award categories will be admitted to the Awards Presentation Breakfast at no charge but must RSVP. This complimentary breakfast entry ticket is not transferable.
Teams entered into the Junior or Senior Team awards will be provided with 2 complimentary tickets to the Awards Presentation Breakfast.
By completing the nomination you agree to allow us to use, reproduce and communicate the photographs or video at the Awards Presentation Breakfast for promotional purposes.
