Arrhh Me Hearties...The Big Dig is on again - Sunday 17th May

Pirates invade Port Macquarie….

Heave-ho me hearties!

The 2020 Sunrise Rotary / Optus / Port City Bowling Club Big Dig is on!

Town Beach, Port Macquarie on Sunday 17th May, 2020.

The Big Dig Treasure Hunt was created by the Rotary Club of Port Macquarie Sunrise to a dd value to our community by hosting an annual family fun day. This years Project Manager, Peter Grob, is making sure it will be bigger and better than ever. It is a great way to bring together so many young families in our local community and have kids dressing up as pirates to find their treasure in the sand!

With over 1,000 parents and children typically attending we believe the greatest compliment for the event is the number of families who have attended almost every year it has been held.

Registration commences at 8:30am with the first dig (3 & Under) commencing at 10:30am.

The Family BIG DIG will start at 12PM and has a major prize valued at around $1000.00, donated by Optus.
